Came round to quote for a job but despite constant requests refused to even give us a quote for a pretty simple job? It's incredibly difficult to find a decent tradesman in Blackpool that actually turns up, he turned up but refused to quote for our job (a dormer flat roof replacement - not a heart surgery job) Edit in reply to the owner's reply: I am a true customer with cash waiting for the job to be done, why would I mess about leaving a review if not? Still waiting for a quote and it's poor form pretending I don't exist.
