Dave fitted new soffits and facias to our property. I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever about my decision to employ him. The quality of his workmanship and his polite and professional approach was a real pointer as to how confident you can be in the finished product. He works quickly without compromising quality and leaves your property clean and tidy on completion. I would say if you are considering having any roofing or associated work done, have no hesitation in employing D&C Roofing. His rates are competitive as well.

Dave replaced our flat garage roof, he gave us a very fair price for the work and has done a really great job. Both guys worked solidly on the job, cleared up as they went and even did a couple of other jobs for us. The work has been guaranteed for 20 years and the garage looks amazing - really great job and nice guys too who were prepared to go the extra mile, would definitely use D&C again and would recommend to anyone.

Dave and Colin from Dave Pearce Roofing Specialist are two of the nicest guys you can have working on your property. Its nice to know that in a town like Blackpool which is full of cowboy builders and roofers (you know who you are) that you can still find 'proper' tradesmen. Everything from the quality of the materials, to the skill in doing the job, and keeping the job clean and finally what matters to a lot of people; the price, I would challenge anybody to find better.
I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone that values a first rate job with old fashioned values of workmanship, quality and customer service. By the way I didn't just have a couple of tiles replaced. Dave and Colin fully renovated my garage roof and sorted out my kitchen extension roof which a previous; inferior roofing contractor had made a complete hash of. All I can say guys is keep up the good work and thanks

Mr Pearce replied to my job post within a day of me putting it up, he was honest about the work that needed to be done and his quote was very good. His work and materials used were to the highest standard and completed the work in the time scale he said, there were no hidden extras and the final bill was the same price as the quote. Both Dave and his team cleaned up and removed all mess created and they were very friendly.
After the job was finished I asked him to look at my front bay roof as I had broken slates, he did this gladly and carried out the extra work at no extra cost. I would recommend D&C to anyone who ask for a roofer, all in all a great guy and a great worker.

D&C recently converted our loft for us allowing us to have more room, They provided us with a free estimate and a reasonable quote,I am very happy with the finish and the work was completed in good time, I would definatley ring them again as we found the work carried out to be a really high standard at a low cost we could afford,and I will be reccomending them in the future.

David was brilliant, he did a very good job. I had some work done inside the house by another builder which was absolutely diabolical so it was really nice to meet David. We live in a very old Victorian house and David completely re-roofed for us. He was absolutely brilliant, he was clean and the work was done in the agreed time frame. Anyone needing a roof repair or re-roof I can thoroughly recommend Dave. His work is of the highest quality. He did a full refurb. On my cottage roof which had been fitted by cowboys some twenty years ago, and after three... other local companies had changed their minds. The work was carried out during the bad weather we had in December, but no corners cut. Now everything is as it should be, warmer, drier and much sounder.
