I have used RoofWise at several places of work for several years and also for domestic work. I find their service and advise exemplar with good customer service. Particularly their paperwork and safety approaches i find to be good and appropriate to the risk presented (not ott). I will continue to use RoofWise for the foreseeable future.

This company have done work for me over a number of years and have always been very professional and thorough. I ring the office, Chris comes and has a look, gives me a quote, which is always competitive and the job is arranged. They are punctual and tidy and I never have any problems. Great office staff and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I work for a local school academy and have used Roofwise on numerous jobs at various sites, including emergency repairs and scheduled repairs/upgrades. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and if the need arose would use them myself. Have never felt like they are trying to make a job bigger than it should be, and have actually given me alternatives that have saved me money.

Working for a school academy companies have to be approved and extensive checks carried out. Hence I have no problem recommending them and will continue to use them going forward.

We would not recommend RoofWise for any flat-roof work. We had 3 flat roofs completely redone by RoofWise. -The work was poor quality in the first instance- wherein one flat roof failed at the first downpour approximately 6 weeks after the work was completed and the other in 5 months. - RoofWise's aftersales service was very poor - even during the warranty period!

They did not come to inspect the roofs even after several phone calls/ emails. When they eventually did come to inspect the roof, they blamed the failure on some steps on the flat roof which had been there since the house was built! (Previously there was damp below the flat roof but not the tremendous pouring of water inside from the roof that we experienced after Roofwise completed the work). -Their professionalism and communication was very poor. Please avoid this company!

We had a bit of a leak on a roof gully. Roofwise came to look at the problem when nobody else would. The whole experience from the initial inspection, to receiving the quote, to completion of repair was very professional. Kris and Andree had been great, they kept me updated on the whole process. The lads came on time and simply crack on and did an exceptional job, I can't fault them. I definitely would recommend using Roofwise to anyone.

Called to inquire a quotation fro a big roofing project, spoke to a gentleman who seemed to have authority but lacked any communication skills. I was basically interrupted as I was explaining the job by a very bold "We're not interested" and hung up.

Very professional, great communication over phone and email. did emergency repairs to our roof while we were away on holiday. prompt and thorough and documented with photo of the repair work. will be happy to go back to this company again.

From initial meeting to final job completion we found all staff to be professional & hard working. More than happy with the work that they did.

What a fantastic company to deal with. We had our complete roof over clad and from start to finish our job was dealt with quickly and very professionally. They were very well organised and all the guys were great to deal with, a real credit to the company. I would have no hesitation to recommend them. I will be using them again to reclad the back of my factory in the near future. And the price was good too! Superb!

Wonderful service provided by Roof Wise. Our factory/warehouse roof needed some mayor repairs after years of neglect. The roofers we hard working and very professional. The price was also very competitive. Highly recommended.
