Dealt with this company for many years now and have found them honest and reliable. Once we completed the training course we were confident going forward with our installations and if ever in any doubt Scott has always been on hand with the info required. Having dealt with Joe and the accounts department I have never used a company which has given me such stress and sleepless nights. The product is fine, but any mistakes are extremely poorly dealt with. From a refund for 300+ taking 24 days to process, being sent duplicate pieces of rubber, demands for money for their mistakes and absolutely no good will for returning items which they sent in error. I would never purchase from this company again.

Quick easy online order and easy collection made friendly staff

Placed a phone order (no.139242) in early June, was overcharged about 17.95 compared to the online price, and on top of it the delivery arrived broken. Scott called me back after several emails, was very rude, saying that he was too busy and could not help, asking me why I am calling back to ask about the higher price charged. I asked Scott if he was sure about the tone of his voice and if he actually worked in client services.

I said "my friend, I am not really happy about the tone of your voice", he responded: "I am not your friend". Really surprised with the level of service, especially after damaged goods in transit, delivered broken on my doorstep, leaking glue all over the place and nobody seems to empathise, apologise or do anything professional about it. I deeply regret spending 427.64 with this company where rude employees like Scott ruin an otherwise decent product that had been recommended to me.

I Recently visited this company for a interview although the hours were not suited to my home life I do have to say it seems a great place to work. The few staff I met seemed lovely and seems a very tight knit team. Sharron who interviewed me was absolutely lovely and really put my mind at ease. I was given lots of information on the company and how they have grown and intend to grow also how staff are not just a number which was lovely to hear.

I have done my research on the company and products with my brothers being roofers and I have to say they rave about the products they have used from the company. My brother went on one of the courses and he was really impressed with it from start to Finnish. I would definitely recommend this as being a good place to work and also a great company to deal with.

When leaving the company a lovely elderly chap took his time to chat and tell me what he loved about the company and how great it was to be part of the team, especially saying what a credit to the company Sharon is. A great company with lots more to come also lots of long standing staff which definitely says a lot about a work place.

On the occasions that i have purchased from this company Perma i have had numerous Problems problems with deliveries problem with the rubber it always end s up with the blame been passed on I purchased a n order Wednesday the 13th of May 2020 said that it would arrive the friday15th i understand these are not best of time for deliveries but i waited all day from 7 30 am till 5 30 pm i called Perma 2 30 pm was told the driver was in my area would not be long but alas no order and none the wiser if it was going come so client phoned Tufnell the company that were delivering only to be told the driver done his hours and went home all i need was a call from some one to say sorry we not going make it that day 2 men all day no pay ok so Tufnel do not deliver weekends so Monday phoned Perma who blame tuffnel phoned tuffnel 10 30 am to find out whats going on they said that Perma had not sent out my order to reach me by the friday they also said that the driver was on delivery 20 and my delivery was 51 delivery arrived close to 3 pm each and every time it has cost me so i am not a happy chappy i have enclosed a pic of Rubber that was sent for a job it has been layed out to air before water base was adheared but look closely at the welted creases
