Mark came and removed a chimney for us in March 2019, that job was good. However he said the front chimney needed re pointing and the ridge tiles also wanted re pointing. I asked him to do this as he had made such a good job of removing the chimney. The mortar is now crumbling and falling out and I cannot contact him. The phone number I had is no longer recognised, the number on this site is the same, not recognised! We found him through my builder.com. Save your money and go to a real professional

Mark completed the work on my roof a few months ago and I was happy with it overall but he stated in the original quote that it would come with a 3 year guarantee. I have contacted him several times for a receipt and he has told me on multiple occasions that he has emailed it to me and sent it in the post. I have never received a receipt and now doubt that he would even honour the guarantee. He is now ignoring my calls and texts. I would not reccomend him to anyone else or use him again.

I got Mark and his team at IMS roofing to do several jobs for me. The work looks good and initially all seemed fine. Unfortunately some work was not done, even though it was paid for as Mark claimed it had been completed.. When initially challenged Mark was outraged that his honesty was being questioned. He later admitted that the work was not done!
The off-shot roof flashing was not stepped into the mortar. Instead it was just loosely scored into the brickwork covered over in cement and has now leaked and ruined new plaster. The ridge tiles were not properly fixed and needed to be removed and replaced. The front roof replaced by IMS is leaking and again ruining new plaster in the front bedroom.
Gutters fitted at another property leak at the joins.
This was pointed out to Mark who told me he would fix it. He then told me he had fixed it but water is still pouring through the joins
Mark claimed to have cleaned up the builders rubbish after a job. Instead he dumped it in the garden and tried to conceal it under
the pebbled lawn We now have to have the pebbles removed, the rubbish cleaned up before putting down new pebbles
All in all all jobs completed were poor and caused damage and Mark/IMS won't take calls and so I am having to pay for other companies to put right their work
