Excellent in terms of quoting. Other companies did not bother to get onto the roof to take photos and fully explain what was wrong, what was required and how they would approach fixing it. Other roofing companies we had in to quote seem to think they can bluff their way to telling you what they think is causing the issue wrong and provide a fix that is easy for them. Started and finished the work as stated. Jon was very diligent in his approach and in responding to any queries. Would definitely recommend.

Jon and his team did a wonderful job on the roof of our loft conversion after we were let down by our previous builder. They let us know when they would be with us and arrived on time, were polite and completed the work to a high standard. They really know what they're doing. We have just had a double dormer window constructed by Jon and his team. It hasn't been the easiest time for them with lockdown occurring just after the scaffolding had been erected. Throughout he has kept us up to date with the situation regarding completion of the work and the availability of materials. He couldn't have been more helpful and has been a pleasure to do business with.
The window installation people missed off some of the sealant. We reported this to Jon and he was back a day later to rectify this. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone.
