I can’t fault Joe and his team. Joe came promptly the day I rang to view the roof and quote for the work. He was able to arrange scaffolding and the job was done later the same week. There was a problem with the supply of some of the materials and Joe kept me informed at all times. After the job was done he sent photos of the roof. He also arranged for the scaffolding to be taken down really fast afterwards. A great and efficient job. I can highly recommend Joe and his team.

What a top guy Joe is👍 Turned up on time to quote and complete the work and went out of his way to match the tiles up. We have a two story property so the roof is very high and he did the work without the need for scaffolding which obviously kept the costs down. Other roofers in the area just kept letting us down so I can’t recommend highly enough the work Joe has done. Thanks.

Mr Ward responded very quickly to my initial call out to give me a quote for a repair to my roof. When he came to do the work, upon inspection of the roof it turned out more work was needed than initially thought. He made it clear what the situation was and gave a fair price for the work. He was also able to fix the problem very quickly on the same day and cleaned up any mess after the work was done. I am happy with the work and so far no sign of any further leak.

I'm quite pedantic when it comes to getting anything done and Joe was more than happy to answer all my questions. He was able to reply back instantly to my queries, no matter whether it was during or after hours. Joe came to meet me onsite, even though he blew his tire on the way in and kept me updated, that shows commitment. The work was completed well ahead of schedule. Having had a few issues with traders in the past, I was quite hesitant when I first got in touch with Ever Dry Roofing, however, Joe's professional manner and knowledge put me at ease.
If there is anything else Ever Dry Roofing can do better, then I then I think accepting credit cards as a form of payment would be the icing on the cake and put them ahead of the competition and all those cowboys out there. Well done, Joe and the Ever Dry Roofing Team, keep up the good work.

The guys did a great job with our flat roof replacement. They removed the existing felt, lay down new boards and firestone rubber. The pricing was very competitive and the guys were friendly and respectful. The area was tidied to a high standard and all rubbish was taken away, you wouldn't even realise they had been. Joe’s communication was quick throughout the process and I appreciated his honesty when he came to quote. He also offered to come and lay down temporary sheets in the interim as we had a minor leak. I will definitely have these guys out to quote again for future work.

Absolutely flawless service, from the moment I was put in contact with Mr Ward he has always kept me informed about when he is arriving and has never let me down once. He came out only hours after my job being posted and looked at the job in hand, his advice was very honest and fair. I couldn’t ask for a better roofer. I had found a leak in the roof and as a result the felt had been damaged, he put a temporary fix in place to ensure nothing gets worse before replacing the whole roof next week. I can not recommend this guy highly enough, his prices are extremely fair also

Joe was brilliant. He came out the day I called him, gave me a good price and then repaired the roof within a couple of days. I wasn't here when he did it so I'm actually guessing about being tidy but there was no mess when I got home. The first time it rained after the repair Paul called me to make sure that everything was okay. First class service. Will definitely be using again to replace a velux window.

The completed work has been finished to a very high standard, and was always clean and tidy throughout the days they were working. Joe was prompt to attend my home after I contacted him about a leak in the roof. He inspected the leak and suggested to replace the flat roof as it was in a very bad state. We agreed a price which I felt was reasonable for the job and arranged a date. He was prompt to attend and we did not need to be at home whilst he completed the job so were able to go to work.
Once we arrived home, joe showed us before and after pictures of the roof. The work looked tidy and had a neat finish. We have since had some rain and there is no signs of leakage anymore. I would highly recommend Joe and his team!

Joe is a real professional. He is trustworthy, honest, reliable and the work that he and his team deliver is beyond reproach. This is not the first time we have used Joe, his charges are fair and he also works to solve the problem, rather than simply deliver on the price. Previously he had to find why our roof leaked and he was the only builder (out of 5) who actually found the problem (a very simple one which stopped the leakage). Others offered to redo the roof. This time we needed to freshen up the house and he did what was needed. I cannot recommend Jos highly enough.
