This company have been outstanding from start to finish. All of the lads have been extremely professional, polite and considerate. If there has been alterations needed I have been kept informed and up to date. James Easton has been a brilliant and effective clerk of works, Steve the Surveyor was honest and open about we could and could not do. Gary and Michael were fantastic doing the bricks; Diligent, engaging and thoughtful. Darren and his team were great when they came to do the roofs and the windows.

Mark the Spark, once again, Uber professional and engaging. The plastering team were so quite and task focused I forgot that they were there. Possibly the tidy-ist plasterers ever! Please send them all my thanks. We have been badly let down when undertaking projects of this type in the past. This has removed all my trepidations. We have another project set for next year there only one place I will be going. Settled my account yesterday and warranty and associated paper work arrived this morning. Thank you. J R Fawcett MBE

I was delighted with the sunroom which Swish designed and constructed for me. The builders, fitters and plasterers were hardworking and respected my property. The surveyor (Steve) and office manager (Dave) were extremely helpful and made sure any problems were quickly overcome.

The product and work done was top notch, cannot fault the two lads who installed it on that. However, the customer service leaves something to be desired. They failed to keep us informed of the status of our order and did not call ahead on installation day either. We constantly had to chase them about things with one person having the gall to suggest they contacted us all the way through!

And to add to that, after installation, one of the reps was bordering on harrassment, showing up three times in total just to ask for a photo of the completed product and pestering to have the home owner pose with the door. No means no and it should be respected as such, so that was most unwelcome. Edit: the door trim, which was not installed until weeks after initial installation is starting to peel off and getting in contact and updates from this company is a joke.

Once again, we are chasing them up about their shortcomings. And we have another issue too that I won't divulge publicly but because of this further inconvenience, I'm taking a star off my inital review. I implore anyone curious about this company to stay away.

Had my conservatory roof insulated yesterday WOW! what an amazing job. They came when they said they would and the lads were very professional. Great price too. Thank you swish home improvements can absolutely recommend.

Needed a big change doing on my windows. It all started well with agreeing a price with James. The surveyor Steve needed to come and check everything out to make sure they can infact do the job i wanted. Steve came round offering to move windows to correct wrongs that had been done in the past by the council and i agreed. Steve spoke to a plasterer that agreed to do the work on the inside at the same time.

This was a BIG selling point as i hated the thought of living in a building site. I paid my deposit that same day. But this is where is goes down hill. I was told by James 2/3 weeks. But it was 6/8 weeks after speaking to the office. I called up after 6 week as i hadnt heard a thing since paying my deposit, zero communication from Swish. They booked a date to install, so i booked holidays at work.

I was told 3 days of work. On the installation date i got a call to say the fitter had sun stroke and wont be coming and work wont start the day after either! I was told not to worry as they will work the weekend and have it finished in 5 days (not the 3 i was told). Dean and Ray, when they came where FANTASTIC. They are the main reason iv given 2 stars.

But they hadnt said they would work the weekend, so i was left with a draft throughout my living room and passage due to an unfinished canopy for the full weekend. at this point iv asked when the plastering is being started as the work is well on the way and still no plasterer. Steve advised he would chase it up. After work was finished i was told by Steve to give him 2 weeks to get the plastering done and a broken seal replaced.

After 2 weeks i contacted Steve again, to be told. "You have had an amazing job for an amazing price and thats why you went with Swish" YES, down to Dean and Ray i do have a fantastic job externally. Internally i have now been in a drafty building site that he agreed to fix at the same time for nearly a month. It wasnt about price for me as i could have got it cheaper with Millennium Windows.

I was just stupid enough to fall for their sales techniques and false promises. So Swish, if your wondering why I haven't answered your calls regarding more work i said i needed doing, its because I will NEVER use you again. Your sign has been taken down and everyone that has asked about my windows i have pointed them in the direction of Brian Longstaff at Millennium Window.

From the evening that Sanj (our salesman) sold us the windows and doors, to the days that Ray & Dean spent fitting them, our experience with Swish has been excellent. I felt that the price we were offered was fair and the promises made around fitting were realistic, however the team managed to excell on these and brought installation forward much to our delight. 15 windows and a door were fitted in just two days by Dean & Ray who worked solidly for the entire time.

They were clean, curteous and extremely professional, I'll be requesting them for future work we have planned. Steve, the surveyor, spent a good amount of time discussing the install, helping us refine our ideas around options for openings etc. so that we arrived at windows we truly love. What more can I say. Use this firm. They are good people.

Brilliant job done by Craig and his full team. The improvement to my conservatory roof was amazing all finished in less than a day. Thankyou lads great job.

Swish have just completed a garage conversion for me and I've been nothing but pleased with all aspects. They managed to fit me in before Christmas when another contractor had let me down and had it finished in just over a week. They were very efficient and as one aspect finished the next began, making for a smooth and as hassle free experience as possible.

A mistake was made with the brick pattern under the new window where the garage door used to be, I asked if they could do anything and was amazed when the very next day they came back, knocked it down and started again. So a huge thanks from me to all who worked on this project, from sales and survey to installation.

Excellent, professional service. I love my new doors! Nothing was too much trouble for the lads who were hardworking, reliable and left everything tidy. Steve the surveyor was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend Swish.

Can highly recommend on behalf of my mother. They really did an excellent job. from quote through to fitting, an excellent service throughout, at a cost effective, realistic price for a top quality job. The house was fitted with top quality windows with a minimum of fuss... really cannot recommend these highly enough... nothing was too much trouble.

The winter weather dealt a fatal blow to my shed when my neighbour advised me that water was standing on its roof – and the roof had a slop! Luckily I was aware of Swish Home Improvements Ltd and the company came to my rescue. The company emptied the old shed, demolished it and built the new shed very efficiently. I found all the workmen very helpful as well as doing quality work – I am really happy with the finished result would recommend the company for all your outdoor home improvement work

Really happy with our new windows and French doors. Fantastic service from start to finish. Fitters were brilliant and cleared up what little mess was made. Always there on the end of the phone and great communication about when the windows would be ready/fitted. Very highly recommend.
