Bought a rubber roof, kerbs and gutter trim for a DIY garden room build. Firstly, Rubber roofing was the cheapest of all the quotes I received, but certainly no compromise on the quality of the product. I received next day delivery and was surprised with the quality and thickness of the Rubber. The website had videos that fully explain the process, so the install was a breeze. (Pick a warm day to install if possible to allow Rubber to rest). Overall really pleased with the product and would definitely recommend using Rubber Roofing.

Great Services! will be recommending to anyone installing EPDM, i messed up on my dimensions (did not include overhang), rang the guys at RRD and they said they would exchange, for correct size, if I could Collect, to my surprise there was no extra charge, Fantastic after care, all round top marks!

Product looks ok, Took 3 deliverys due to computer errors when picking my order apparently causing me to cancel roofer twice so haven't managed to install it yet. Cost me more in cancellations and time lost waiting in all day for deliverys than I paid for kit.

Original review: Helpful online calculator and speedy delivery, however the rubber sheet came folded instead of rolled up, leaving big deep creases that won'tgo away. When gluing them on they look ok but the next day you find it come off where the creases are. The water based glue isn't strong enough to hold the creased ridges even after Ieaving long timbers on top of them for days. Boards are new dry clean, temperature is 7-8, used bigger rollers to push it down, installed by professional roofer with 35 years of experience.

Can't think of anything apart from poor quality could cause this problem. And some of the side trims don't look like the product photo. For my other roof I will buy the kit elsewhere. Edited after seller made contact: Dale from Rubber Roofing Direct did get in touch shortly after their repsonse on google (took me ages to realise that as the email was somehow caught by one of the mailbox rules I set) and upon learning all the details of my problem he honestly and practically offered a sound solution which I am happy with.

He promptly placed the order for the products he suggested and they not only help with the existing problem but also open up new potentials for the roof. Things can go wrong sometimes, how one handles problems tells a lot. I believe Dale and his company will last a long long time as they are professional, trustworthy and reliable. Absolutely first class service. Great product, arrived on time, had to return some as we over ordered, emailed in the morning and they picked up goods by noon. Refunded immediately. Real quality product and fab service. Highly recommended

It took me weeks to decide on Rubber to replace the felt on my Pubshed, Googling info, etc. My mind was put at ease after emailing & talking to the experts. I placed the order for 4m x 4m kit, which arrived few days later. Myself & friend, both amateur diy'ers, after reading the advice found in RRD website, fitted the roofing in an afternoon. Excellent Company, I ordered a new kit for my garage roof it arrived the next day, a small trim piece had got damaged in transit I contacted them and a replacement was immediately sent and arrived the following day.
