Made an order with 'Free Next Day Delivery' Didn't bother dispatching the item for 3 days, then were extremely rude. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional organisation and would highly recommend that you avoid this company.

After receiving a number of quotes, we chose riolett uk to supply fascia soffits and gutters to my property. I would like to say a big thank you to riolett uk and there employees on an amazing job and would highly recommend.

My husband had all guttering replaced in Whaddon by them a year ago. Now there are leaks in 3 joins. They also replaced an area of slates which leaks more now than before and part of the ceiling is about to fall down. They were rather dirty workers. Unfortunately we had to go away for 4 months after it was done and didn't say anything then However I expect new guttering to last longer than that. I have called and left messages, but of course no-one has got back to me. Having to get someone else to correct the problems.

Had this company pressure wash my patio and they have done a truely amazing job, highly recommend them Many thanks Anne-Marie Bartlett

What can i say the team are great, one call and they arrive within minutes. I cant see why they have had bad comments ( people just like to moan). Very competitve prices and the work is to a high standard, if ever there was an issue it would be sorted very quickly. Well done Riolett

Where to start with these cowboys indeed. This review isnt long enough! We manage over 200 properties and called riolett to come replace some fascias and guttering on a bungalow. Well, they told us the work would take three days and the job was priced accordingly. "nick", rioletts owner so he informed us, even added additional cost when they broke/noticed some soffit was damaged. So, when they told us they were done after spending barely more than a day onsite we felt we were the victims of overpricing as they'd told us the work would take "at least" three days for two men. Then, after we had paid and they'd left, it was noticed the job wasnt even finished to a DIY standard, let alone finished by professionals, and we started to complain. Well, thats when the trouble started which ultimately led to us just sacking them off! Suddenly, the owner, nick, wasnt the owner as he had claimed, and some other "mani" chap was the head honcho.

Empty promise after empty promise from the "owner" Nick about coming back to finish the work followed until eventually we just gave up, life is just too short to be dealing with these mugs. Unfortunately for us we had already paid cash for the work. Bad bad move :- Anyway, we and all our letting colleagues can now just give these cowboys a wide berth but I hope this review saves at least one person from the riolett experience. Riolett operate under various guises in the Bletchley Milton Keynes area, i would steer clear of ALL of them!

Please contact trading standards for more info on riolett, they're already well known to them. EDITED TO ADD - i have just been notified of rioletts response to a review. what a joke response. As i said previously, ask trading standards what they know of this company. But, one thing they've said is right, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PAY IN ADVANCE!

We did this and it was the last time, other than phone calls promising the earth and delivering nada, that we saw or heard off them. Once again, ask trading standards before thinking of using Riolett Cowboy UK, as they will know the current treatment and level of complaint of their customers

We recently used Riolett to replace our homes guttering system after being let down by another local company. They provided a fast professional service and were cheaper than most other local companies we contacted. Highly recommend!

Had to call many times after sending an email with no response. Eventually got someone to come to the house in question said they would get contracts manager to call me with a quote for replacement or repair to guttering. - one week later no call, so called and left mobile no and message. Several days after this I did get a call and the Contracts Manager arranged an appointment which unfortunately was not kept by them.

I waited at the property for 45 minutes and as this was the second occasion I had gone out to property - its plain to me they do not want the job at all. Poor organisation, messages not passed on, poor communication. Why don't they just say they don't want the job!

I phoned riolett uk after calling a number of companies as i had a leak on my roof .Riolett sent out a member of staff within 1 hour of me calling.They give me my quote and within 3 hours their staff was replacing some roof tiles the leak is now fixed and i must say their services was one of the best iv ever used i would 100% recommend this company to anyone thank you.
