Traditional felt flat roof installed to the main roof of my property in SW London, temporary scaffolding was arranged by LRS and all works completed very satisfactory.

Complete roof replacement carried out by London roofing specialist in a conservation area in Kensington. All aspects of the project when to plan, building regs were issued along with insurance documents. Recommended

Had to have a whole new roof put on as the old one was beyond repair, the guys that did it were really great and new exactly what they were doing. They went well out of there way for me as there was a few others things I asked if they wouldn't mind doing whilst on the roof, i.e taking down an old satellite and removing lots of old wires. They even sorted out the fall on my gutters without me having to ask. I would really recommend this company to anyone looking to have any sort of work done, I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I needed to replace membranes and associated sub-structure for two 4th floor roof terraces in central London with limited access. I struggled to get anyone interested in this tricky job until I came across London Roofing via the internet. They were professional from start to finish and the team who undertook the work were excellent. There were a couple of unanticipated set-backs (which presented themselves when the roofs were stripped), but these were overcome by the team using their experience and imagination. Very reliable, clean and tidy and I'm very happy with the end result.

Highly recommended London Roofing Specialists replaced our flat roof and installed a large, opening skylight on our three story house, as well as most of the others in the terrace. As the original roofs had been inadequately installed this was a major undertaking. London Roofing Specialists ran the whole project, providing safe scaffolding, disposing of rubbish and running all aspects of the project in an efficient and friendly manner. Use London Roofing Specialists for fixing my roof with leading, and found it stressful to use them. 6 months later, after reporting a roof leak they've said all previous work was good but quoted to replace the whole roof for 26K instead after a 2 min assessment. There was no mention of an entire roof repair needed when doing the leading work which cost 5-6k, which was 6 months earlier. Never felt comfortable using the company and this last incident confirmed my general feeling/instinct of this

As per other one star reviews it was extremely difficult to get surveyor to attend site and subsequently to get a report or quote. When questioned on this surveyor stated all he did was to take photos and send through to sub-contractors and ask them to quote. As I'd sent through high-res images of the roofing area seems like a pointless waste of 3 weeks chasing to get them to attend site.

In effect all this does is push up the works costs and cause delays. I suggest either going to a company that has experienced roofing surveyors who don't have to ask others to quote or be willing to pay the extra cost that using LRS as a middleman entails. In addition, the surveyor failed to turn up at the agreed time, failed to call from site as agreed (because he didn't have the experience and knowledge to quote for the work), made derogatory comments about my previous builders work to my tenants.

Waste of my time and efforts dealing with IRS. Other reviews state that the actual work undertaken is to a go quality. I suggest you only consider if a third party (e.g Insurance company is to pay) and you are happy to go through all the frustration and time delays actually getting the work completed. Make sure that they have building insurance, guarantee the works and also carry out a check on Company's house.

What started as a leak in a flat roof turned into a complete nightmare thanks to two cowboy companies whose poor workmanship left me needing an entirely new roof. Thankfully I found London Roofing Specialist who were a delight to work with. Not only were they the most competitive in price, the team on site were utter professionals who worked long hours, cleaned up as they went along and gave daily updates of their progress. The clue is in the name of this company, they really are roofing specialists and anyone needing work done should start with them as you won't be disappointed.

Considered small works the quandary was how do I get it done safely at a reasonable cost Scaffolding would cost more than the job and there was no way I was going to let anybody climb around off ladders These guys surveyed f.o.c and completed the works from a mobile elevated platform I watched their pre start checks on both access and safety harness equipment before effortlessly negotiating the whole front roof from the platform replacing broken and dislodged tiles before undertaking the main chimney pot removal On the few occasions they left the platform they were secured by lanyards and fall arrest equipment Job was completed to a high standard and saved me time and money, I would certainly recommend these professionals

Lead flashings to pitched roof replaced. The work was done to a good standard but there were a lot of delays owing to workmen either going sick or going to other jobs. Sometimes one man was left on his own which was not perhaps the best way of managing the job. All employees were very pleasant and professional and easy to deal with.
