Arranged for them to come and see me on Saturday at 11am for a quote. Waiting until 11:10am and called to see if he was still coming. Answers the phone and clearly had no idea that he had made a commitment. I said I had been waiting he said 'well I was with another customer and I'm coming now be with you in half an hour'. I said it would have been nice to have let me know that you were going to be late'.
He then says, 'well I had another customer quote' I repeated what I said previously, he then said, 'well get someone else' and then hung up the phone. What an attitude! Reliability and credibility in serious question for me.

This company have recently laid a pathway at my in laws, they gained entry by saying they laid their driveway and was just checking if there was any issues with it, my in-laws are both 89, my father in law was with his carer when John Stanley called at his home, the carer allowed him in and they sat down when Mr Stanley asked if there was any work needed he was told the back pathway could do with some work, Mr Stanley quoted 3000 and could start work the next morning, which my father in Law agreed to, bear in mind he is 89 under a carer and on a lot of medication, no cooling off period given. the work took about 2 days to complete as there was only 40 slabs - the rain poured into his garage door due to the slabs being laid too high and not enough fall on them to drain away, the job is an absolute disgrace, poorly laid, large gaps between the slabs and on one part of the path there is no filling between the gaps of the slabs, THEY COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO EMPTY 2 WATER BUTTS SO JUST LAID SLABS UP TO THEM - DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY INTO YOUR HOME - I AM TAKING LEGAL ACTION IF THEY DO NOT RESOLVE TO FULL SATISFACTION
