LMB Loft Conversions

LMB are an excellent company. I've used them on two projects over the past twelve months, and each time they have been spectacular and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Especially, the owner, he was a real help throughout the whole of both projects! Very highly recommended!

LMB Group done our ground floor recently completed our ground floor extension and we are very happy with how the project was run and the end result. Lee and his dad were easy to deal with and very clear from the start about how the project would be managed. All the tradesmen are really friendly and skilled at what they do. When we can afford it will definitely be getting LMB Group back to do the loft extension done as well. Would definitely recommend LMB Group for any building works you may have in mind.

I first came across lee at lmb via a mutual friend who completed her loft also and what a fantastic job he has done on both. Lee took hold of the full project, from the drawing to getting it decorated it was all hassle free. Had the guys in from the LMB Group to do a loft conversion for us. it was a pleasure from start to finish. thoroughly professional from the initial meeting through design stage and fine tune to a start date. Lee communicated with us all through the build process and we had a few decisions to make on the hoof but they accommodated us with no issues. then completed on time and on budget allowing for the variations. would I recommend these guys.? definitely!

I have dealt with the LMB group for more than 10 years now and have had nothing but am excellent service with them second to none. LMB have always given a price with all the stages of the build, when money is due and when each stage is to be completed they always stuck to the time frame me. I have recommended LMB to numerous people who have all been delighted. Lee Murphy and the office staff are a delight to deal with and nothing is too much bother.

We had LMB do our loft conversion and the work was done to a high standard. The tradesmen (Plumber, electrician, tiler, carpenter etc.) employ have vast experience and did all the jobs to our satisfaction. Would recommend to have Mick as the site foreman, as he does initial work of the project and works to a good standard and speed. They have a good level on cleanliness as well.

Our project took longer than we expected due to various reasons but it was something we didn't mind as the work done was of good quality. Would recommend LMB to anyone doing loft conversions.

LMB have been fantastic throughout our project. Lee had some initial great ideas around how to maximise the space in our loft and worked with our architect to ensure we got the most out of the space. We had no issues with any materials because the team at LMB ordered everything way ahead of time. Silviu was our foreman and was simply great at what he did- he transformed an unused space into 2 bedrooms and a bathroom within 5 weeks.

I was impressed by the timeline of the additional trades (Plumber, Electrician and tiling etc.) and I think we only had 2-3 days in 8 weeks that no one was onsite. Lee and Mark also dealt with a query from my neighbour very well and went above and beyond to offer as much assistance as possible. I can't recommend the team at LMB enough for what they have achieved with our house and they have transformed our standard of living in a very short space of time (2 weeks ahead of schedule)

We chose LMB to do our loft extension after looking at several other companies- the builders we had (James and his team) did a fantastic job on the construction - the spaces they created really have transformed our home. Lee was available if we needed something and coordinated his team well. Plumbers, electricians, builders we really cannot fault the quality of workmanship.

We were extremely impressed with LMB and the team they have. The back office staff were excellent throughout our loft conversion. The builders, roofer, electrician, plumbers, carpenters and tiler were brilliant. The quality of their work was first class. The were all professional, polite and respectful of our home. Our house looks amazing and our living space transformed. We couldn't recommend LMB and their team highly enough! There were no hidden extras and we are very happy with our home!

Superb company! I used LMB Lofts to extend the loft of my bungalow and could not have had a better service. Choosing a contractor is not an easy decision to make but choosing Lee and his team was definitely the right one. They are very honest and all the team and office are very nice but most of all they're exceptional at dealing with a big project, keep you informed throughout the process and their workmanship is second to none. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

LMB completed our loft conversion from start to finish, the entire process was seemless and professional executed. The pricing and payment schedule was clearly laid out and easy to understand. The architect drew up our plans and then the build started. The builders kept great time every day, worked hard and quickly and to a high standard. Communication between us, Lee and the office and the tradesmen was really clear and concise through group messaging.

The project was completed on time and we are really pleased with the addition of two new bedrooms and bathroom. We would definitely recommend LMB if you are considering a loft conversion.

LMB completed a loft conversion and kitchen installation for us in December 2020. Rob and Alex were responsible for the loft construction and did a fantastic jo b. They arrived on good time, were clean and tidy and always kept us informed on what stage they were at. The quality of their work was top knotch and would highly recommend them. The electrics, plumbing, tiling, carpentry etc was completed by other tradesman and once again the quality of work was fab, but we did havesome communication issues with regard to the plumbing and electrics suppliers.

We also had an issue with some materials not being secured properly and subsequently causing damage to one of our cars and a problem with our kitchen floor, but, these issues were rectified immediately. the loft quotation was very detailed and the pre works meeting gave us a good idea of when things would be completed by. The cost was fairly accurate, save a miss calculation of steels required and the addition of a new roof (which was an add on by us and completed very efficiently by Harry the roofer). All in all, i would highly recommend LMB for loft conversion, as the quality of work was of a high standard and we are extremely pleased with how it turned out.

LMB did our loft conversion in 2017 and we absolutely love it! Lee was great and he had a great team who led the project smoothly from beginning to end. There was little disruption during building works and the team were attentive and tidy. Without a doubt our bedroom and en-suite is a show stopper and we continue to get huge compliments from friends and family. We highly recommend LMB and will definitely use them for future projects.

A great building company! Lee and the team are highly professional, friendly, punctual, and produce a great quality of build. There were different contractors brought in for each stage, which meant they could seamlessly work around each other. The outside structural work was all finished in 3-4 weeks, which was incredibly fast and efficient. Lee checked in with us regularly, and also with the different contractors to ensure things ran smoothly. We are delighted with the outcome and the finished product.

Lee's team have just completed our loft extension, and it was on time for Christmas, as promised. All the builders and suppliers were professional and courteous. Throughout the build, Lee was available and minor problems were resolved quickly and effectively. We are delighted with our new rooms. In particular, Lee's team managed to integrate the staircase with the house, so it looks 'right' and the loft and eaves access, which were included in the quote are tidy have maintained much needed storage space. I would recommend LMB.

LMB lifts have an excellent workmanship and completes all their work with in a short space of time. l am very much pleased with the standard of work they offer and would recommend them to anyone.

We have worked with LMB for a number of years now, we have a very good working relationship, Lee as well as the other Tradesman are always very professional and clear in the instructions they give us for every job, the girls in the office are also extremely helpful if you ever have any questions regarding anything. I am absolutely delighted with my loft conversion from LMB. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. There were different workmen looking after each phase of the project and they were all highly qualified, experienced, hardworking and courteous. They didn’t take loads of tea breaks and they always tidied up meticulously after themselves. LMB managed my expectations about how long it would all take, and the time passed quickly – I think they probably completed everything ahead of time.

The quality of the work was excellent, and people consulted with me regularly on the finer details – from the original design plans right down to where I wanted spotlights, plug points and light switches! I LOVE my new loft space… LMB have created a spacious master bedroom and en-suite, transforming my home to a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom property, which will have increased its value well over and above the money I spent having the work done! It was definitely a smart investment to make use of my loft space. I would thoroughly recommend LMB to everyone!
