Conservatory roof ridge developed a leak the week before Christmas, Paul fixed it on Christmas Eve and no leaks following Storm Bella, happy customer!

I found H&HS on the web and sent a message requesting a call back ona specific day and timne. Within 20 mins, had a confirmatory e-mail; call happened exactly on time; we discussed my patio door which was not closing properly and very difficult to lock. Paul arrived at the agreed time and date. He carried out the work necessary efficiently and conscientiously and CHEERFULLY ( a big plus ) I paid and received a receipt via e-mail which is also a ONE YEAR guarantee ! I contacted paul with regards to repairing my leaking garage roof and to my surprise a workman that actually came out on time to quote for the job, give me a start date and acually kept me informed. I have just had my conservatory roof replaced with eco tiles. I now have a room I can use which is no longer too hot or cold.Paul did an excellent job, nothing was too much trouble, explaining every stage as he went along.

We've just had our conservatory roof replaced with synthetic slate and we're thrilled with it - it looks fabulous and our conservatory is a lot warmer and quieter than it was before (am sure it will also be cooler come the summer too). Paul always turned up when he said he would and tidied up afterwards. We've now asked him to come and fix some of our windows!
