Contacted this builder several times for a quote. He even passed me to another chap called Victor that proved to be as unreliable. They didn't follow up on any of my calls to confirm an appointment. I was impressed with all the positive reviews they've had but my experience was on the other side of the scale. I won't say anything wrong as I've not experienced their level of craftsmanship but please tell people you can't take an appointment instead of making them wait for no reason.

I'm out of the country and our property needed roofing replaced. I found McCann roofing through google reviews. I contacted Caswell and explained my situation. I was nervous not having met him in person but he took care of everything, Kept me updated everyday on when the works would start and sent pictures etc. I would highly recommend him. Professional, experienced, very good project management, fair priced and most importantly truthful and hardworking. I work with all types of contractors on a regular basis and McCann Roofing is one of the best I've worked with. My confidence in McCann Roofing was encouraged with regular updates which included images and videos to remotely overview the project throughout (allowing me to continue with my busy schedule), and completed the project with a final on-site inspection done at the end. A properly skilled job was done with full satisfaction. I had a great experience working with them and would do so again! Definitely recommmeded.

Extremely happy with the service that McCann roofing provided from the second I made my initial enquiry they were nothing but professional. I found McCann roofing by looking for reviews of local roofers on the web. I took some photos of the issue (some lead that was slipping of a bay window) and was pleased with how quickly I got a response and a quote. The quote was reasonable and the work was carried out as planned within the time and on budget. Caswell McCann was efficient, clear and knowledgeable.

I knew the issue as this was not the first time we had had a problem and he proposed and delivered a good solution. I have no hesitation in giving my full recommendation and have asked him to quote for some additional work.

Caz is a very friendly guy and he did an amazing job on fixing our roof. He also did it at a very fair price. We had one quote before and those guys were super friendly but the price to do the work was 3 times what it cost with McCann's. I've no idea what they planned on doing but as the work took less than a day, to charge 1000 for it was crazy. Caz came in and was very efficient and honest about what was involved and charged accordingly. The work was done quickly and well and we're so glad we used them. Very highly rated.

From the initial contact for a quotation for replacing roof tiles, through to doing the actual job, the whole experience was remarkably short, pleasant and stress free. The team are obviously experts in what they do, very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and completely trustworthy. I recently had a complete roof fitted by McCann Roofing. I am very pleased with the service, workmanship and final result. Staff were efficient, hard working and very reliable. Lines of communication were good and I was kept informed of what was happening, and when. Very efficient company.

I am very pleased with the diagnosis, work and cost of the repair on my daughters property. Mr McCann was on time for both appointments and left the site clean and tidy, he even refitted a displaced tile on another part of the roof as he was leaving site. I would recommend this company for all types of repair work on tiled roofs.

Kaz and his team arrived on time. The roofers were courteous and completed the repairs to both blocks of flats to a very high standard. Kaz showed us pictures of before and after the repairs. I have twice used the services of McCann Roofing. I was particularly impressed with the first encounter that returning the second time was pretty easy. Regarding the initial encounter, a tenant called to complain that the roof was leaking and being an emergency I quickly trawled through the internet for a roofer preferably closer to the property and settled on McCann Roofing.

Obviously this was a high risk strategy as I did not know the people behind the business and coupled with the risk of random selection of the service provider I feared for the worst but as it turned out, I should not have been worried. After visiting the property, McCann Roofing called and said "The problem is just a loose tile and will cost you 30 to fix, mate".

He carried out the repair and the roof has remained solid for more than 2yrs. Leaking roof is always a serious issue especially when letting out property and some other roofing businesses could have taken undue advantage of the situation that McCann roofing did not do so is certainly a mark of integrity, honesty and professionalism. The very qualities that made the business my first and preferred choice when another need arose recently, this time where I live. McCann roofing attended, gave the right diagnosis, promptly carried out the repair work to the highest standard and within budget. Will I use McCann Roofing again? Absolutely!

Best quote for a new roof that we found. Started on agreed date and finished within timescale given. A thoroughly professional job carried out by three of the nicest young men you could wish to meet. They left everything clean and tidy and there was minimal disruption to the house. The slate used was recycled and when one lot turned up that was not as good (soft) they sent it away and would not use it, getting replacements slates within a few hours. They were able to reuse a high percentage of our original roof slates. Guarantee and receipt provided promptly. Many thanks for a job well done.

I had my roofing tiles replace plus lead flashing to chimney stacks also replaced felt to flat roof extension. All work completed to a high standard. I found Mr McCann to be very professional and I would be happy to use him again and he's quote was upheld.

4.7 out of 5 As a builder, roofing services are a critical for us. We have tried a number and found Mccann Roofing the best fit for our needs. They have done three roofs for us. A detached house converted to 4 flats which has an unusual external water tarret and protracted part wall issues which meant all could not be done at same time. McCann Roofing flexibility helped keep our project schedule on target. , They completed a mid terrace London roof with collapsed valley on main and an additional valley on full rear extension.

Their lead work here was extensive and high quality, together with good quality slating. They easily slated a small rear extension without incident to the same standard and reliability we have come to expect from them. Above all they are competitively priced.
