Absolutely brilliant work by Roy and his team. Roy is extremely knowledgeable - we have a very old roof and he knew exactly what needed doing. Roy was brilliant in advising me what did and what did not need doing (unlike some other contractors who had quoted for the work). Steve and Oscar were brilliant, friendly, tidy and professional. I couldn't recommend Mayfield Roofing highly enough.

Main job was to get an opinion re management of alleged asbestos garage roof prior to house sale. Roy brought many years experience in furnishing me with a report clearly stating he did not think that this is an asbestos containing roof. I can now submit this to the buyers who also can use Roy's estimate for work that does needs doing but not related to the asbestos problem (which was first raised following buyers survey). Thank you Roy for your quick response in visiting and producing a written report.
