Having dealt with them twice and had issues each time I felt compelled to actually write a review so other potential customers would have the opportunity to know what the purchase experience could be like. This is a very badly organised business where the staff seem to have forgotten that the point of any business is to satisfy the needs of customers.
The most recent transaction was a case study in bad business organisation and bad customer service. Not only did they choose to delay a booked delivery without bothering to tell anyone (including the customer, resulting in a day spent waiting at home for a delivery that was never coming) but when I called to ask what had happened the response received was "Someone must have changed it - they didn't tell me".
They did offer to rectify the problem by calling back to confirm when it would be delivered the next day, but then failed to even do that. When I called to find out what was going on I was told they had called me, twice, and had been hung up on. Needless to say my phone proved that this was untrue, so being charitable I am assuming they called the wrong number - incompetence rather than deception at best unfortunately. So, overall, you are taking a chance dealing with this business.
I am sure that most of the time they get things right, but unfortunately for me they have a 100% failure rate, but the real issue is how they deal with the customer when things go wrong, and in that area they don't deserve to be operating at a business.
