We work on new build and refurbishment projects for main contractors, facilities managers, managing agents, local authorities and schools - direct with the client where we can take on the role of principle contractor with works ranging from 5k up to 2m in value.

Isopad House - Hot Melt Report

This was and existing commercial building being extended and converted into residential apartments with a play area at the ground level. Works had to be done at speed in various stages to enable the main contractor to get their brickwork up and scaffold stuck, we worked alongside the main contrac- tor to ensure that works were carried out in accordance with their plans in a safe manner.

John Stainer School - Felt Report

Hambro Roofing installed and Icopal high performance felt waterproofing system with a rubber playground finish and artificial grass. The impact absorbing surface is designed to offer maximum safety performance with durability and cost effectiveness. The surface consists of two layers: a base layer of coarse black granules made from recycled tyre rubber, and a coloured top layer of much finer rubber granules.

Heathfield School - Felt Report

The school had major works including refurbishment of the existing roofs and an extension being built requiring a further 2,000m2 of waterproofing to the new roofs. At times the school was in attendance, we worked alongside the main contractor and the school to ensure that works were carried out in accordance with their plans in a safe manner.

Ardleigh Green School - Felt Report

The roofs had been subjected to various repairs over the years and needed serious attention. We were originally awarded the contract for the junior school to overlay the roofs with a Radmat Esha felt system including insulating the roof, replacement of the roof lights, fascia and ship lapped timbers.

Great, genuine and honest service. Had a leak coming thought the bathroom ceiling. They came and looked at it and it ended up being a slipped tile. They fixed it on the spot and they did not try and take advantage by making out a bigger job was needed. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
