Cando Roofing takes pride in all the work that their teams complete. We take before and after pictures on all our projects as it is a great way of seeing how much better a nice new roof looks. On some of our projects, particularly our EDPM flat roofs, we also do time lapse videos. These videos allow our prospective customers to see what goes into having their roof redone and what the finished product then looks like. I decided to go with a felt roof material for the outbuilding attached to our dormer bungalow, mainly as I'd heard mixed reviews on the EDPM options. I would have perhaps chosen the EDPM if I'd known the amount of work involved in the 3-ply system. Colin and his team were always on time and carried out the work to a very high standard. The site was left tidy and they went above and beyond what was asked. Very few tea breaks for these guys! I'm looking at replacing the roof on the main building this year, and would have no hesitation in getting Colin and his team back.
