Guiding people through the learning process and giving them the ability to earn a decent wage from the first day of starting work. Individuals learn in a controlled environment how to use basic hand tools, climb up and down ladders, carry materials, install tiling and slating systems, and gain knowledge of health and safety requirements.

I engaged this company to fix a hole in my roof's felt, caused by a moved roof tile. The tile was re-positioned over the damaged felt but the felt was not fixed. GLA then charged me for materials, though they did not use any and threatened court action if I did not pay their bill in 7 days. I will pay the charge, patch the hole myself and avoid this company in future.
