Very helpful when I phoned for advice, received a sample tile in the post a few days later, when I confirmed the order it was dispatched to my Nottinghamshire Address arriving in less than a week, a number of tiles had been damaged By the transport company and were unusable, I spoke to Rob at stone leaf who couldn't have been more helpful, they replaced all the damaged tiles and covered the transport costs. I would highly recommend them. The grey planum low pitch roof tiles look great.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! NO COMMUNICATION, DELIVERY DAMAGED, POOR SERVICE. YOU ASK FOR PHONE CALL TO ARRANGE TIME DELIVERY - FORGET ABOUT ANY REPLY! THEY DID MY DELIVERY AT DIFFERENT DAY THAN I ASK, DID NOT CALL ME TO INFORM THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY AND AT THE END DROP PALLETS ON DRIVEWAY WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. AFTER 5 HOURS I GOT TO HOME AND NOTICED HALF OF DELIVERY ALREADY DISSAPEARED - SOMEBODY TOOK IT. WHAT THEY DID? DID NOT ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS! THEY HANGED UP THREE TIMES! NEVER AGAIN! THE SHITEST COMPANY EVER!

I called their office to question both the quality and price of a particular product, the guy was very abrupt with me, especially on price when I said I wanted to make comparisons. I was told in no uncertain terms to by rubbish elsewhere if I wanted slates at that price. Probably did me a favour as I stayed hundreds and also had more choice. I just hope whoever is running the place reads this. Shameful attitude.
